Automated Pet Feeding System
Abstract
The Automated Pet Feeding System is developed to provide food to pets automatically without requiring the owner's presence. The system uses basic electronic components such as a microcontroller, IR sensor, servo motor, and a food storage container. The IR sensor detects when a pet comes near the feeder and sends a signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then activates the servo motor to open the container and release a fixed quantity of food. This system is helpful for pet owners who have busy schedules or travel frequently. It ensures that pets receive food at the correct time and in the proper amount. The design is simple, low-cost, and easy to operate. The system improves convenience for pet owners and supports regular feeding habits that are important for the health of pets.
